About GMC-CMI Corporation

GMC-CMI began operations in 1986. Originally, the company operated as a Sole Proprietorship, but changed its company structure in 1996 to an LLC, and again in 2007 to a Corporation, which is its present organizational entity. The nature of the business has changed as well, from humble beginnings working with just a few local Lenders to present day operations where over eighty Lending Institutions are listed as part of the core Client Base.

The company's evolution from a construction management firm has created a foundation from which we have focused our operational philosophy and reporting procedures. The result has been the production of qualified, considered, accurate and timely opinions for our Client's use, specific to the complex problems encountered in today's construction and development industry.

As the Company moved from simply making observations about construction projects for Clients to generating complex investigative reports and detailed project monitoring services, the fundamental tenets used in the beginning of the business have consistently carried forward. These critical tenets include the use of truly qualified personnel throughout Company operations, each of whom are well suited to their tasks, trained and certified within the Company's rigorous on-going education program, and held accountable for their opinions and performance.

The Company has addressed its ability to deliver its products to Clients in a secure and encrypted method with current and archived reports, photographs, and other project information electronically-stored on our secure website for quick and easy retrieval by Clients at any time.

General management of GMC-CMI includes the direct efforts of George M. Casady, its President, and Jennifer M. Fritz, its Vice President, who direct the day to day activities and production of the various products and services. Senior staff includes specialists in Production, Customer Relationships/Sales, Technical Writing, and Accounting. A senior staff member manages Field Inspectors, as many of our inspectors are located in a wide variety of geographic locations, as dictated by our Client's needs. The Company works actively in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Western Montana, and is able to provide rapid turn-around times on all projects within these areas.
